(https://avtogear.eu.), operated by Supreme Commerce Ltd, and complies with
applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance
purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than
the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including accessories and documentation

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

In such cases, AvtoGear will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund
in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Liability Disclaimer

AvtoGear is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use
  • Compatibility issues due to incorrect vehicle selection
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their vehicle.
